Japanese sushi recipe

You will need
- 360g sushi rice
- 470ml hot water (ask a grown-up)
- 2 eggs
- 112g tinned tuna
- 1 dsp mayonaisse
- 4 dsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- pinch of salt
- sliced peppers
- sliced cucumber
- grated carrot
- 4 nori seaweed sheets
