Watch: Warm weather puts a spring in people's step

Signs of spring were starting to pop up across Suffolk.

Lambs were being born, flowers were blooming and deck chairs were being brought out on beaches dotted along the coastline.

It came as temperatures in the East of England were forecast to reach as high as 15°C this week.
