Heat two is finished and it's now the turn of GB's Kerenza Bryson in the third and final heat.

Neah Evans didn't race that one particularly well. There was a group riding the threshold. Neah went really hard in the hope she would catch them, but she underestimated that she was keeping tempo at the back. It was a lot of work for literally nothing to be honest.

Another difficult race for Neah Evans, who finishes 18th to earn just six points, leaving her third-last in the standings.

It is an impressive race from Ireland's Lara Gillespie, who wins to earn 40 points and move up to sixth overall.

The next event is the elimination race at 11:53 BST.

So, as we heard there from Jonathan, the faster Kerenza Bryson goes, the more points she'll secure. She's in sixth currently and could fly up the leaderboard here.

Baking hot in Versailles. The athletes are gonna take a dip in the pool.

This is a 200m freestyle race in a 25m pool which is plonked in front of the lawn which stretches all the way up to the palace.

Long-lens photographers must be so excited that their cameras are shaking.

Anyway... athletes are placed in heats according to the overall standings, with the highest ranked in the last heat.

The faster you go, the more points you get.

So Britain's Kerenza Bryson, who goes in the third heat, could do with finding her inner Rebecca Adlington.

Here comes Emily Campbell!

Game face on as she steps up to the chalk, 119kg in her sights - and she nails it!

She kisses her hands and throws out her arms in celebration to the crowd - there's a lot of Brits in here.

That's a good starting point, but worth noting that China's Li Wenwen's STARTING WEIGHT is a massive 130kg. There's three lifters, including Li, starting at above 120kg.

We're about to get under way in the swimming but Kerenza Bryson won't go until the third and final heat.

She could really do with ing some serious points.

Here comes Emily Campbell... oh, no it isn't!

Athletes can go in weight order - lightest to heaviest - but they can choose to change what weight they start at as they watch their competitors go.

GB's Campbell had been due to come in at 117kg in the snatch but she's upped in to 119kg - which would be the heaviest lift so far, with three still to come.

Such is her gap on the peloton, she's racking up the points already. She timed her attack to perfection.

She gets the lap inside nine laps which gives her an extra 20 points.

Drama in the men's water polo!

The United States were 8-6 down against Hungary with less than four minutes remaining, but they pull two crucial goals back to send the bronze-medal match to a penalty shootout.

And the Americans get it! They scored all three of their shots taken, while Hungary missed all of theirs.

Neah Evans has swapped her white helmet for the yellow and orange number we've been seeing in the madisons this week.

That will make her much easier to spot in the bunch in this tempo race.

It's a 30-lap race, and after the first four, there is a sprint every lap with points on offer.

She had the biggest cheer by far when the athletes were introduced. Her friend Layla and her former PE teacher Patricia will be in the crowd.

They are beyond excited. Layla, said: “She’s in the form of her life. Both physically and mentally. We can’t wait to see her compete”

The women's omnium continues with the tempo race.

GB's Neah Evans will hope to make up some points after that earlier crash in the scratch race.
