Yeah, sex, sex to orgasm that’s key. It has to be to that for it to even possibly work but it’s not a guarantee. But also don’t worry like labour will start by itself and if it doesn’t, you know, there’s lots of help on hand and yeah, you can of course try all of these tricks. Sometimes those won’t work either but don’t stress about it just, again, talk to your midwife about what’s been going on and there will be pathways set in place to help you to get labour started eventually.
