What happened in Doctor Who: The Reality War?
It's the season finale and episode 8 of Doctor Who season 2! We re the Doctor as he's falling into the Underverse, but he is fortunately saved by Anita, a hotelier from the Time Hotel!
Together Anita and the Doctor craft a plan to get real time flowing through the Wish World and restore UNIT to reality. It's time for some action as Ruby Sunday, Rose Noble and Kate Lethbridge-Stewart help the Doctor to bring down the Wish World and stop the Rani's plan to free the fearsome old Time Lord, Omega!
Meanwhile, the Doctor and Belinda's daughter, Poppy must be protected at all costs. Poppy is born from a wish and at risk of vanishing forever when the Wish World collapses.
Can the Doctor and his friends stop the Rani and Omega, bring down the Wish World, and save Poppy? To achieve all three will surely require a heavy loss from the Doctor...

It's all a bit Timey-Wimey! The Thirteenth Doctor makes an appearance
Jodie Whittaker returned to the TARDIS briefly to help the Fifteenth Doctor with his plan to shift reality by 1%. The two Doctors shared a few touching moments, including how to say 'I love you', before it was time to say goodbye to the Fifteenth Doctor's incarnation.
This marks the first time the Thirteenth Doctor has paired up with another incarnation on screen (unless we're counting the Fugitive Doctor!).

The Fifteenth Doctor regenerates and Billie Piper returns!
That's right, the Doctor needed to shift reality by 1% in order to make Poppy real, and in doing so it cost him his Fifteenth incarnation. He blasted the TARDIS' Time Vortex with regeneration energy in an epic conclusion to his two season story.
The Fifteenth Doctor is no stranger to interesting and unique regenerations, and this one was no different! He has seemingly regenerated into a very familiar face... Billie Piper's face, to be exact!
Ncuti Gatwa regenerated into Billie Piper in the season finale, The Reality War, after two seasons and a handful of special episodes in the role of the Doctor. Fans of Doctor Who will immediately recognise Billie Piper as Rose Tyler, the companion of the Ninth and Tenth Doctor who famously looked directly into the heart of the TARDIS' Time Vortex and briefly became the Bad Wolf entity.
Billie Piper has said about her return to Doctor Who, "It's no secret how much I love this show, and I have always said I would love to return to the Whoniverse as I have some of my best memories there, so to be given the opportunity to step back on that Tardis one more time was just something I couldn't refuse, but who, how, why and when, you'll just have to wait and see."
