How to make a mango lassi drink
This delicious mango smoothie drink originally comes from South Asia but is popular all over the world. It's VERY easy to make and great for cooling you down on a hot day!

- 100ml single cream
- 200ml full fat milk
- 400ml natural yoghurt
- 400ml tin of mango pulp or mango slices, or two fresh mangos peeled and diced
- 4 teaspoons of caster sugar (optional)
- Chopped pistachios for decoration (optional)
How to make
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and give it a whizz. Ask an adult to help you if you need.
