Pan-fried gyoza
Jeremy Pang shows Lindsey a delicious recipe for his pan-fried pork gyoza. How tasty do they look?! Grab grab a grown up and have a go yourself! All the ingredients and quantities needed are listed below.
- 1 pack round gyoza wrappers
- 1 spring onion
- A thumbnail sized piece of ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 large leaves of green or white cabbage
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 200g pork mince
- 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
- a pinch of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
