Pan-fried gyoza

You will need
  • 1 pack round gyoza wrappers
  • 1 spring onion
  • A thumbnail sized piece of ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 large leaves of green or white cabbage
  • 1 carrot, peeled
  • 200g pork mince
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
