England and West Indies will renew their rivalry with a three-match ODI series in Derby (30 May), Leicester (4 June), and Taunton (7 June).

And later this summer, England host India for five T20Is (28 June-12 July) and three ODIs (16-22 July).

  • 'We have played some brilliant cricket in the series'

    England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt, speaking to Sky Sports: "We played some brilliant cricket over this T20 series. We didn't have the perfect game today but we set the standards very high in the first two games of the series.

    "With the way we started our innings, to get up to that score was really competitive. West Indies made it very difficult for us. Heather [Knight] batting like that was perfect to get us to a competitive total."

    Update on Knight: "She has got a tight hamstring. She will be assessed in the next few days."

    On dropped catches: "We can't put that down to really anything. We definitely want to be better than that. But in the ned, we got over the line."

    On the ODI squad: "Great to play some 50-over cricket again. It's been a while. It will be a little bit of a new squad. I am excited."

    On Hayley Matthews: "She is a lot of headache. She is in great form as well She is a huge wicket for them - one that we will be striving to get."

  • 'We'd have loved to get over the line'

    Player of the match and player of the series, Hayley Matthews, on Sky Sports: "It was really good to be able to go out there and score some runs and take some wickets. It was definitely a closer game today and one we felt like we competed in. We'd have loved to get over the line.

    "Zaida James set the tone twice now getting that first wicket. We fielded a lot better, executed our plans nicer when we were bowling, but not able to chase it in the end."

    On the secret to her good form: "Just having some really strong plans and playing to my strengths at all times. I've been fortunate to play a lot of T20 matches around the world and gain a lot of experience. Since I've been here I've been able to execute well."

    On the performances of West Indies' young players: "I'm really happy. Jahzara Claxton came in and bowled beautifully, got her first wicket and showcased her talent with the amount of variations she bowled. Realeanna Grimmond looked a lot better at the crease. I'm super proud of them."

    On the impact of the rain: "Nothing you can do about that. It stopped my flow a bit. I heard Caps [Alice Capsey] say something about the English summer..."

    On the ODI series: "It's going to be very hard for us with this England squad but at the same time it gives our batters an opportunity to spend some time at the crease."

  • Though ultimately contributing to a lost cause, Hayley Matthews has been named the player of the match.

    She will also take home another personal accolade as the player of the series. We will bring you what the West Indies skipper had to say shortly.

    Hayley Matthews' all-round effort for West Indies today went in vain.

    It is the first time a player has scored 70+ runs and taken three+ wickets in a losing cause in women's T20Is and the first time in men's & women's T20Is involving full-member teams.

    It looked like Hayley Matthews was taking this game to a close finish but up stepped Lauren Bell who dismissed the West Indies skipper for a 54-ball 71.
